Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, coaching sessions, workshops, and online community subscriptions, all sales are final once payment is completed. Refunds, cancellations, or transfers are not available.

If you book a 1:1 parenting coaching session and are unable to attend, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Workshop or live program fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request access to a replay (if available).

Community subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually as selected). You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

In the rare event of a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased material, and if our support team cannot resolve it, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion
